Polymer Properties (6 ECTS)
Due to the latest Covid-19 developments, the board of PTN has decided that no RPK-modules will be organised before September 2021.
Mid-2021 we hope to publish the course activities for 2021/2022.
FOR WHO IS RPK-C?
The RPK-programme is designed for engineers, academic and industrial researchers. If you wish to attend this module, you must have a master’s degree (or equivalent) in chemistry, mechanical engineering, physics or a related subject. As pre-requisite, basic courses in polymer chemistry and polymer physics at the academic level are strongly recommended.
DURING THE COURSE
In 2019, taking into account the student feed-back from previous years and taking into account the recent developments in the academic and industrial research in the field of polymers in the Netherlands, the RPK-C module was restructured. At the same time the busy agendas of our renowned national and international lecturers presenting were accommodated. We look forward to presenting you this new course structure starting January 10th 2020: see programme for further details.
AFTER THE COURSE
The course should be extremely valuable for all PhD students working in the field of polymer science & engineering as it brings together many important aspects of polymer chemistry, polymer physics and polymer processing for a wide range of applications. Those students completing the course successfully should be well qualified to address most polymer application related topics in their future careers.
